What every new client asks.

What should I do before my lash appointment?+

Arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and eye makeup. Skip caffeine if it makes you restless, since you will be resting with your eyes closed.

Are lash extensions safe for my natural lashes?+

When applied and cared for properly, extensions are designed to work with your natural lash cycle. Your artist chooses length and weight to suit your lashes. Never pull extensions off at home.

Do you do patch tests?+

We may recommend a patch test before your first set, lift or tint, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Let us know about any sensitivities when you book.

How do I care for my lash extensions?+

Keep them dry for the first day, cleanse gently with an oil-free cleanser, brush them daily and sleep on your back or side if you can. Avoid oil-based products near the eyes.

How do I explore the demo?+

Open the client app or the Studio. Switch between owner, team, front desk and client views without creating an account.
