Terms of Service

These terms apply to Studio by Lead Clickz (“Studio”), provided by Lead Clickz LLC (“Lead Clickz”, “we”, “us”). By using Studio you agree to them. A business’s signed Studio agreement or order (its plan, price, term and cancellation terms) also applies, and wins if anything conflicts.
1. Using Studio
Studio lets businesses take bookings, manage clients, take payments, send messages and run their website and app. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your sign-in private and turn on two-step sign-in. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your business and your clients
You own your business’s data and your clients’ information. You’re responsible for having the right to collect and use it, for the services you provide, and for following the laws that apply to you, including health, privacy, consumer and texting rules. We process client information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Payments
Payments to your business are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms, and paid out to your bank account. Studio plan charges, terms and cancellation are set out in your Studio agreement.
4. Text messages
Texts are sent from your business’s own registered number. You must only text clients who have agreed to receive them, honor STOP requests, and provide accurate business details for carrier registration.
5. Connected services
When you connect a service such as Google Calendar, a calendar link or QuickBooks, you allow Studio to access it as described when you connect. You can disconnect at any time. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Studio: no unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, spam, attempts to access other businesses’ data, or interference with Studio’s security or operation. We may suspend accounts that put Studio or its users at risk.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Studio available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about changes that significantly affect you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Studio is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Lead Clickz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Studio in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using Studio as set out in your agreement. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. You can ask for a copy of your data when your account ends.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
