How do I prepare for my hair appointment?+

Bring inspiration photos, including looks you do not like. Arrive with your hair in the state you usually wear it, so your stylist can see how it naturally falls.

Do I need a consultation before color?+

For major changes, color correction or extensions, a consultation helps you and your stylist plan. Ask when you book.

Do you do patch tests for color?+

A patch test may be recommended before your first color service, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Please let us know about any reactions you have had before.

How do I keep my color looking fresh?+

Use gentle, color-safe products, rinse with cooler water, protect your hair from heat and sun, and book a gloss between color visits if you like.

How do I explore the demo?+
