Service: Includes a custom website, client app, booking, Influencer Suite, checkout, team tools, store and memberships. After payment, the Lead Clickz creative team will contact you to gather your business information and branding, then personally design and configure your Studio around your artistry. You are not responsible for building or setting up the platform. We agree on the custom project and launch timeline with you. Public website, app and booking launch require Lead Clickz approval and do not happen automatically on payment.
Price and billing: 12-month agreement at $495.00 per month ($5,940.00 total), charged automatically on the same day each month for 12 months. Billing ends after the 12th payment; the agreement does not renew automatically. You can continue month to month afterward only by signing a new agreement. All prices are in USD. The service term starts when the first payment succeeds. For monthly billing, you authorize Lead Clickz to charge your selected payment method on the monthly billing date. Payment processing fees on your customers’ payments are separate. Texting requires account phone-number setup.
Cancellation: The 12-month agreement can be ended early by requesting cancellation in your Studio under Billing or by emailing studio@leadclickz.com. An early-cancellation fee of $1,485.00 (three months at $495.00) applies, plus any past-due monthly payments. Lead Clickz will confirm the final bill and the date service ends. A cancellation request does not waive an unpaid fee. Payments already made are not refunded.
Your responsibilities: Provide accurate business information and the content and access needed for setup. You are responsible for your services, prices, policies, customer permissions and lawful use of uploaded content. No particular number of bookings or search ranking is promised.
Agreement: By entering your name and checking the acceptance box, you confirm you are authorized to purchase for this business and electronically accept this agreement. A copy is available in your Studio under Billing. The Lead Clickz general terms at https://leadclickz.com/legal/terms-and-conditions and privacy policy at https://leadclickz.com/legal/privacy-policy also apply; this agreement controls the plan price, term and cancellation terms if they differ. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
